About the role
The insurance agency is hiring a manager of managers for its sales call centers in Ashkelon, Kiryat Gat, Rosh HaAyin and Bnei Brak. The role manages the layer of team leads who manage the sales reps, meaning management through managers rather than direct management of reps. Experience managing managers or call center teams is required, as is experience running a sales call center. Sunday to Thursday, mornings, no Fridays. Apply through Embuild.

About the pay
Up to ₪20,000–21,000 including bonuses. A company car is possible, depending on fit
