The Embuild story

Embuild is an Israeli recruitment agency built around one idea: one recruiter for every candidate and every employer, because that is what works.

Why we started

We came from tech sales and from recruitment, and we saw both sides: employers flooded with irrelevant CVs, and talented candidates who never got a fair chance.

The realization was simple. The problem is not supply or demand, it is the quality of the match. We founded Embuild in 2025 to recruit differently: every candidate gets one recruiter who reads the CV personally, calls and stays with them through to signing, and every employer gets that same person.

We recruit in sales and call centers, automotive, law, finance, administration, customer service, logistics, technicians and management. Not every field, but the ones we cover, we know in depth.

Four things we won't budge on

One to one

One recruiter per person. You know their name, and they know yours.

A human eye

Every file is read. Every candidate has a phone screen and an experience check before being submitted.

We tell the truth

If it's not a fit, we say so. If the salary isn't realistic, we say so.

Free for candidates

Always. The employer pays, and only when the placement closes.

How we make money

For candidates it's free, always.

No sign-up fee, no premium plan and no cut of your salary. It costs the candidate nothing, not today and not after the placement.

Employers pay only when the new hire starts.

No setup fees and no hidden costs. Payment is a one-time success fee for a completed hire.
