About the role
The law firm in Ramat HaHayal is hiring a lawyer for its commercial and capital markets department. The firm is looking for four to five years of experience, with a background in non-bank finance and credit and in corporate agreements; experience with a public company is an advantage. Candidates with one to three years of capital markets experience are also considered. Full time at the firm's offices, with parking or travel reimbursement, an annual company trip and a staff gym.
