About the role
The insurance agency is hiring a sales team manager to lead a team of five to six reps at a call center in Ashkelon, Netivot, Rosh HaAyin or Kiryat Gat. The role includes leading the team, keeping motivation up and meeting the call center's targets. Proven experience managing a call center team is required, with preference for sales team management. Full time, Sunday to Thursday, mornings, no Fridays. Pay includes bonuses, with a base of 9-10K depending on you, no company car. Apply through Embuild.
