About the role
The insurance agency is hiring a sales rep for long-term care insurance, at call centers in Ashkelon, Netivot, Kiryat Gat, Rosh HaAyin and Bnei Brak. The role is making outbound calls to find people who need long-term care and setting a meeting with a field rep, so that the company can represent them to the insurance company to receive a benefit. No previous experience is needed, there is a full training course, and you need good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Sunday to Thursday 08:30 to 15:30, no Fridays. About the pay
Base ₪35.4/hour (rising to 37 after six months and to 40 after a year) + high bonuses, joining and retention grants, Cibus meal card. Pay protection of ₪500 in the first month and ₪1,000 in the third month. A good rep averages ₪8,000–10,000
