Patent paralegal - new client intake

About the role

A law firm in Ramat HaHayal is hiring a paralegal for its patent department.

The role covers managing, tracking and handling the registration, maintenance and enforcement of patents in Israel and abroad, working day to day with patent attorneys, inventors, patent offices and outside suppliers, while keeping to deadlines, regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

You will also be responsible for the first stage with new clients: calls with clients, sending price quotes and supporting the client until the case moves on to the actual patent drafting.

What you need

• • Experience as a patent paralegal - required (trademark experience is not relevant).
• • High-level English - spoken, read and written (Hebrew is not required).
• • Excellent interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
• • Organized, accurate, detail-oriented and responsible.
• • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
